Project execution report Türkiye’s ethyl acetate water transport is in progress

Winter passes and spring comes, after a lot of hard work! Turkey project: The ethyl acetate unit has successfully carried out water intermodal transportation and DCS system testing in the near future as planned.

At present, the customer’s team is under our leadership and guidance through tutorials, step-by-step instructions, pictures and videos. Starting from scratch, the personnel understood the physical parameters, hazards and characteristics of raw and auxiliary materials, gradually mastered the process principles, mastered the operating steps, key points and precautions, mastered the DCS system operation and device control parameters; mastered the moving equipment and instruments Other usage requirements, precautions, common troubleshooting and simple maintenance; mastered the key points to pay attention to when starting and stopping. The personnel assessment has made great progress, and preparations have been made for the next step of driving with materials. Due to the epidemic, the ethanol purchased by the customer is still in transit. About 1,000 cubic meters of other raw materials acetic acid have been put into the tank and are still being put into the tank; the catalyst has also arrived in the warehouse. At present, it can be said that everything is ready and all we need is east wind!
