- technical background
The current situation of three-high wastewater:
Basic requirements for wastewater treatment:
The only means to satisfy the above four conditions at the same time is the medium-temperature wet catalytic oxidation process.
Using air as the oxidant, the oxidation cost is extremely low!
The working pressure and temperature are not high, the device operates stably, has long-term use and low energy consumption!
In closed pressure pipelines and equipment, non-toxic, odorless and environmentally friendly! The operator has low labor intensity and is relaxed!
- Technology Introduction
Wet catalytic oxidation, the standard abbreviation of CWO, refers to pressurizing the wastewater to maintain the liquid phase and raising the temperature to 180℃-325℃, using the oxygen in the air to increase the solubility as the pressure increases. Under the action of the catalyst, oxygen molecules and organic matter in the wastewater react rapidly The oxidation reaction leads to ring opening and chain scission of macromolecular organic matter, collectively referred to as degradation. The degradation reaction mechanism is a free radical chain reaction. The initial products of oxidative degradation are simple organic acids and organic alcohols below C4. Some of the degradation products will be deeply degraded and mineralized into carbon dioxide to form TOC removal. The law of degradation is that the higher the reaction temperature, the greater the proportion of deep degradation into carbon dioxide. Catalytic strength can reduce the energy level at which degradation reactions occur and increase the speed of degradation reactions. The top end of the wet catalytic oxidation process is supercritical oxidation.
Medium temperature and medium pressure wet catalytic oxidation is a type of wet catalytic oxidation, which refers to the process of wet catalytic air oxidation at a temperature of 180℃-258℃ and a corresponding pressure of 2.5Mpa-5.0Mpa.
A large number of engineering practices have proven that wet catalytic oxidation in the medium temperature and medium pressure section can achieve good degradation effects and appropriate COD removal effects. Supplemented by other low-cost sewage degradation methods, the best economics (investment, operation, life) can be obtained.
